A beer and chocolate enthusiast, he has devoted himself to creating happy combinations of these two flagship Belgian products. He shares with you his passion for delicious regional beers and surprising chocolate flavours through interesting anecdotes distilled with humour.
Local, artisanal beers can have a harmonious flavour with chocolate or, on the contrary, a spicy contrast. With the help of little anecdotes and tasty beer tales, Werner takes you on a journey through the rich and passionate history of our Belgian beer. Why is Belgium the land of beer and chocolate? Is it by chance that there are so many references to beer in our language? What’s your favourite way to taste, smell and enjoy beer & chocolate?
The pralines are always made by one of the best local chocolatiers. You’ll discover pralines ranging from the most classic to the most surprising combinations with unexpected ingredients. How about a wasabi truffle or an apple strudel praline? The shapes and colours are a feast for the eyes.
