The Confraternity is a wacky entertainment concept that races by for a long time like a train at high speed and will never bore its participants.

In this format, indoor and outdoor sections alternate. In the outdoor sections, teams compete in exciting head-to-head challenges. Aspects such as communication, vision, tactics and, here and there, a touch of physical effort are balanced during these events.

In the indoor sections, the teams must each delegate a representative to a practical test, based on an enigmatic description. Once the course of the test has been explained by our game leader, the teams can bet points on their representative’s performance. How well do the colleagues know each other? How do they judge each other’s qualities? What risks do they dare to take? And which teams turn out to be great tacticians?

When it turns out that the participants are regularly put on the wrong track, the atmosphere becomes increasingly relaxed, the tension higher and the desire to do well as a team more intense.
