- Refined chocolate tasting and fondue with fruit
- Explanation of the making and processing of chocolate
- Making an assortment of ice cream sandwiches with fresh bananas (white, milk, dark and Ruby chocolate)
- Preparation of an assortment of dipped strawberries (white, milk, dark and Ruby chocolate)
Everything is beautifully finished off with various garnishes and packaged in suitable containers to take home. The ice chocolates are packed with dry ice in a specially provided box (-80 °C).
