  • The sleep cycle and the sleep-wake wheel with our three pilots, 2 internal (biorhythm – sleep pressure) and 1 external ( light – stress – nutrition- …).
  • Importance of our lifestyle habits ( stress-light-exercise-nutrition-temperature)
  • Breathing
  • Sleeping routine
  • Sleeping tips

You will also get hands-on with breathing exercises, yoga poses and relaxing Qi Gong and Tai Chi movements.
